Her mountaineering certifications demonstrate her technical expertise and commitment to safety and excellence in the field. Sayali is known for her dedication to promoting adventure tourism and fostering a deeper connection with nature, while also mentoring and guiding others on their own mountaineering journeys.

Hemant is a certified mountaineer, holding the prestigious BRCC certification from the renowned Institute of Mountaineering in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Hemant is an experienced Operations Head and a certified mountaineer with a strong background in managing and overseeing adventure tourism operations. With his expertise in mountaineering and a passion for outdoor adventure, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, safety, and quality of services in the trekking and mountaineering industry.
Hemant's leadership and operational expertise ensure that expeditions are well-organized, safe, and enriching experiences for all participants. His focus on high standards of operation and safety has earned him respect in both the adventure and business sectors.
Hemant enjoys leading campaigns and is highly skilled in coordinating and executing them. He also takes an active role in overseeing social activities and fort conservation efforts. With extensive experience in trekking and mountaineering across the Sahyadri and the Himalayas, Hemant has successfully summited peaks such as Mt. Kedarkantha (3810m/12,500ft) in Uttarakhand."
